Laughter...the best stress reliever

Lately, we've been really stressed. Nathan, doesn't normally get stressed and it's been really hard for him to find a way to express his sadness, frustration and anger from all of the "unlucky" things we are experiencing. Me, I get crabby and unmotivated to move forward (aka - lazy) when I'm stressed. Well, today in my crabby unmotivatedness, I looked through some of our old photos and got really cracked up by some of them. Here are a few precious jewels.

Nandry always had SO MUCH hair. I think she's only 2 in this picture.

Boaz, has the remains of a busted lip in this picture...you wouldn't believe how many pictures I came across with him with a busted lip or black eye (OR broken leg....)!

And just looking at baby Asher's expression and imagining his sinking feeling of being absorbed by the ball pit makes me laugh - is that mean?

Praying for you guys...remember, the Lord is a Warrior.

Viewing the setbacks as oportunities versus negatives can help ("managing expectations"). Opportunities to learn, grow, process things, hone patience, etc.

I know it isn't easy... hang in there... can't wait until 5/31...

Ha, that pic of Asher is priceless. Sorry about the stress. I am praying for you. I'm a little stressed myself, so that will serve as a reminder to lift you up in prayer.

Funny, I was doing the same thing last night...except I was looking at pics of all the grands and remembering the good times!

Love you more than you'll ever know...VA Mom

baby Asher's face in that ball pit reminds me of how I feel most mornings when my three little early birds come tweetering in to wake me up at 6 am. Ugh. thanks for the pics...I can't believe how much the kids have grown!

POPS says, You have very cute children, I love them all and am looking forward to seeing them in their more grown-up state shortly. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understatdings, in all your ways acknowledge Him and he will direct your paths, "even if it is not the path you choose" GREAT children make you realize the real values in life. I can speak from experience.

Totally understand. It seems that quite a few in the kingdom are going through a lot right now. I will be praying for you.

What precious children you have! The pictures were adorable! So, how long will you be home? Where are you coming to first? Will it be Virginia? If you make it to FL be sure and call us. If we are home we would love seeing you! We are expecting 2 new babies in May and June so I am not sure of our schedules, but call us if you are near-by! 352/751-5967
